MARINA DUDNIKOVA / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
People think that the construction industry is a man's business. Marina proves that it's not. She has more than 15 years of experience in construction: from managing the quality of production in 16 cement plants to control of manufacturing concrete in more than 10 concrete batching plants. She not only knows deeply the principles of construction as well as the technology and materials but also cares about sustainability and green building principles. On the other hand, being a qualified economist, Marina sees the picture from the financial perspective, making our products not only eco-friendly but also cost-effective. Marina has signed an MOU with Dubai Municipality for cooperation in the production of local to Dubai geopolymer mortar for 3D printing. As a head of the innovations department at one of the largest cement producers has implemented sustainable programs for waste to energy and cold recycling in road construction that are still working. Has facilitated strategic partnerships with the 3D printing companies to further spread geopolymer 3D printing mortar.

ANDREY DUDNIKOV / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Being an engineer he knows how things should work. Having more than 15 years of experience in construction material production and R&D as well as in general management, he can organize the production of literally everything, from a needle to a space shuttle, but prefers creating sustainable construction materials that are game-changing for the building industry. He has established two manufacturing facilities for geopolymer products. He has established RENCA’s 3D printing factory. The first in the world house was 3D printed with the geopolymer mortar produced by RENCA under his management.
ALEX REGGIANI / CHIEF TECHOLOGY OFFICER
He is the database and creator of the breakthrough products that we have. He is a geologist-mineralogist by education and devotion and has more than 20 years of experience in developing products that are used in almost every house today. He can create working recipes simply by looking at the test results of the materials at his disposal. The laboratory is his second home. Alex has developed over 2500 products based on traditional systems. While in RENCA he has developed over 300 products based on geopolymer technology and continues adjustments to the local raw materials worldwide. He has successfully conducted certification tests in Italy for fire-proof and corrosion-protection geopolymers.
